    Domenicks is fabled in my family...

    Domenicks was the first place that my Great Grandfather had pizza in the 1950s...
    My family originally went there to order hamburgers... but Domenick asked if my family wanted to try the "Pizza"...  Ever since then my family has gone to Domenicks

    I once lived in Italy for two years for the US Air Force and there was a pizza place called Pizza USA in a town called Maniago that had a photo of Domenicks in Wilmington, CA. Pizza USA tried to mimic the USA "Deep Dish" style of pizza rather than the thinner pizza of Italy

    It sill wasn't better than Domenicks

    The Domenicks Combination Pizza is a Tour De Force... You bite into the cheese and underneath is More Pepperoni... MAMA MIA!!!!

    I had a yearning for clam Luigini.  Called at 1130 am. Made order for my desire for garlic butter pasta.  

    Food ready on time. Shocked that my alacarte was over $17 at 11:30 am. Had to actually beg for a garlic bread slice.  And to find out this huge order of pasta came with 0.35 oz oz of packaged parmesan cheese.  Wow.  You can see from the photo, NO clam, but maybe mushroom (although I was asked if I wanted white or red).  Regardless, I was overcharged.  
    Experience says they are out of biz, and screwing the customer.  So sad to be another to leave.

    This is the worst pizza I have ever tasted in my entire life. Nothing about this pizza makes me want to come back. The cheese is way too rubbery. The toppings are piled way too high, which would be fine if they actually tasted decent. The actual restaurant itself looks like a trailer that happens to contain a pizza oven. I would recommend looking for another place for pizza.

    Ordered the Rigatoni dinner with meat sauce and added Italian sausage... the pasta was bland and rubbery the sauce was watery and absolutely no seasoning to taste at all ( no meat) ... the sausages were under cooked not pan fried probably microwaved...just really BLAND tasting food...the server seemed preoccupied and clueless.
    Trust me there are way better Italian restaurants in the harbor area...Avoid this one...

    Food is just OK.  Service is horrible.  Equation for "pass" on this place!  The employees seem to cater to large parties and locals, so if you don't live if the Wilmington area, not worth the drive or waittttttt for the laziest and most oblivious waitresses in town.  Good for the diet, tho!  I became unhungry for their extremely unhealthy food and left!  Diet gods are for real!
